At Discraft Discs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new disc or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unthrown discs in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement disc within 5-7 business days.
